Market is small but has good material and strong sense of community. Accepts food stamps / EBT. Occasional live music. Coronado Farmers' Market About a dozen vendors selling fresh produce, flowers, eggs, and plants. No arts & crafts. No prepared-foods, but restaurants can be found at the Ferry Landing Marketplace. East Village Farmers' Market Small market of 3 to 20 stalls. Sometimes more of an impromptu bazaar rather than a farmer's market. Eclectic mix of vendors. Live music but somewhat variable in talent Saturdays 9 am 3 pm 8th Ave between Market & G St. photo
Hillcrest Farmers' Market I Open Air Bazaar Widely regarded as the best Farmers' market in San Diego. Good number of vendors, great variety of produce and prepared foods: fresh flowers, peaches, plums, tomatoes, oranges, grapefruits, avocados, mangoes, guavas, and papayas; fish, seafood, salami and meats; homemade pastas, crepes, hummus & pita, gyro wraps, healthy drinks, and desserts; clothing, jewelry, leather goods, and home decor.
